Understanding the Need

Heavy Menstrual Bleeding (HMB) is a sensitive health issue that affects countless women, yet it often remains under-discussed or misunderstood. Recognizing the need for an accessible and impactful resource, we transformed the HELP platform into a comprehensive hub for education and support. Our work focused on creating an intuitive user experience and visually engaging design to ensure that women and healthcare professionals could easily find and connect with critical information.

Tailored Content for Impact

Building on existing HMB materials and brand guidelines, we developed a cohesive visual identity for the platform. Alongside the website, we produced a series of animated videos—nine tailored for patients and nine for healthcare professionals—delivering complex information in a clear and approachable infographic style. These animations were further localized to meet the specific needs of audiences in Brazil and China, ensuring the content was both culturally relevant and effective.

Promoting Awareness and Engagement

To support the platform’s launch and amplify its reach, we designed a variety of promotional materials. These included teaser animations, digital advertisements, newsletter templates, and print leaflets, all aimed at raising awareness and driving engagement. By combining thoughtful design with targeted messaging, we aimed to make the HELP platform a trusted resource for women navigating the challenges of HMB.
