This project focused on developing detailed 3D models of a Multi-use Bioreactor Viewport. Using CAD files provided by SCHOTT and measurements and images of various reactor components, our task was to assemble them into a cohesive and highly realistic visual representation.

Creating the Viewport model required a meticulous approach to ensure it fit perfectly within the reactor. The accuracy of the threading connections on both sides was critical to achieving a smooth and visually appealing animation. Every element had to align flawlessly to reflect the real-world assembly and operation of the reactor system.

The final phase of the project involved crafting an animation that guides viewers through the entire journey—introducing the reactor and SCHOTT's specialized component, demonstrating their connection and sterilization, showcasing the internal view of the reactor, and illustrating how the system integrates with subsequent reactors in the process.
